About the Role:
We are seeking a Service Writer to enhance our customer service experience at our East Syracuse branch. This role involves managing repair orders, providing estimates, and ensuring effective communication between customers and our service departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open, review, and close repair orders.
- Greet customers and drivers warmly and manage service appointments.
- Estimate costs and communicate with customers about service needs and completion times.
- Support parts and service departments with administrative tasks.
