About the Role:

Tracey Road Equipment is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Sales department to support various teams including Used Equipment, Parts, Service, Marketing, and Accounting. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter with strong administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, edit, and manage sales-related documents.
  • Handle correspondence and respond to customer and vendor inquiries.
  • Manage data entry and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Support sales operations and inventory management processes.
