About the Role:
Tracey Road Equipment is seeking a Parts Counter Representative for our Albany branch. This role involves assisting both walk-in and phone-in customers with parts selection, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding the correct parts, manage orders, and process sales transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products and monitor inventory.
- Support outside sales representatives with order management.
