About the Role:
Tracey Road Equipment is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator for our East Syracuse location. This role involves managing warranty claims, understanding manufacturer guidelines, and supporting service departments to ensure efficient claim processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Process warranty claims accurately and on time.
Maintain thorough records of all warranty activities.
Communicate effectively with service departments and manufacturers.
